Into the Unknown: A Solo Campaign for 5e, B/X, and S&W!

Just like that we have broken another stretch goal! I will be writing in more paths for your character to take! As we know, your decisions in pick-a-path/solo adventure style books can take you anywhere. This stretch goal will add in more options of adventure. Think of it like a different branch has been unlocked! We will have more maps and art created for this as well! The book will remain levels 1-5; however, it adds more options for you to explore and gives you the opportunity to find more items that may help along the way. 

We are also having more art come in from the team! Check this awesome image out from Francesa Frisinelli!

Stretch Goal #6 is Down!

There it is once again! We have taken down another stretch goal! I am absolutely blown away on how well this is doing! It is so exciting for me to see so many people excited about solo adventures! This stretch goal unlocks the Elemental Ranger as a new subclass!

The Elemental Ranger is a new subclass of ranger that calls upon four of the natural elements of the world: fire, earth, water, and air. You may now use these forces to amplify attacks, defense, or tactical maneuvering.

This subclass will function more or less the same in each edition this book is being released for. Obviously the mechanics will be different; however, we will stay true to the original abilities and perks for becoming an Elemental Ranger.

The Elemental Ranger is woven into the unique lore of Farrador Keep, a college of sorts for those wishing to become adventurers. This subclass does not specifically given any sort of advantage over other during solo play, but it does give a unique twist that allows you to personalize your ranger more than ever.

This subclass will be available for playtest and review before the books are printed as long as there is interest! If there is interest in this, leave us a comment! If there is enough intriguing minds, we will release these early for you to try out!

There will be unique art pieces made for each subclass we unlock! The art team is currently working on them, so once we have the art finalized, I will share it here! We are unlocking stretch goals faster than we can get the finals done!

200 Backer Stretch Goal Down!!

There it is! 200 backers has been accomplished! What does that mean for you? Good things :)

We will now be printing the map of Farrador (see below) on a 17x11 poster map for you to use! This is absolutely FREE to all physical book backers. You can use this to assist your play or even hang up as a display! Financially we are able to do this for free, so why not right?

Next stretch goal to take down is a new subclass! Let's keep moving ahead!

3 Stretch Goals Down!

This launch has been amazing!!

We are not even 24 hours into this project, and we have taken down 3 more stretch goals! Stretch goals #2 and #4 add more art into the book! We are very happy we were able to accomplish these. This helps our art team stay busy and making money during these unprecedented times. So thank you all for that!

Stretch goal #3 releases character creation charts in the beginning of the books! These charts will be tailored precisely to the campaign that follows. There will even be recommendations on how to build characters for solo adventure! Your generated character will be ready for the adventure! The following charts will be available for your use: class, race, background, personality traits, flaws, and quirks.

There will be a separate character creation section for 5th edition, B/X, and S&W!

That is pretty much it for now. We are coming up fast on 200 backers, which will accomplish another stretch goal! At 200 backers, we will print up poster maps of Farrador and stick them in all the physical books for you to enjoy! Then at $8,000, we release a new subclass available for play.

Last thing, here is the map of Macandire, the major city residing in Farrador. Wonkee, our cartographer, absolutely crushed it! I hope you all enjoy!

Funded, Stretch Goal #1, and Breaking Records!

Wow!

I cannot even begin to express how thankful and amazed I am by this! We funded in just over an hour, and then proceeded to take down stretch goal #1 shortly after that! Funding in this time smashed our previous company record of funding a project in 3 hours! You are all the best!!

Sincerely, thank you for bringing this project to life. I am not sure if you were all able to read the personal note from me in the Campaign details, but this project means the world to me. I am a guy who grew up playing solo modules, and now that I have the chance to resurrect this form of playing... well let's just say this is a dream of mine. You all made that possible. Thank you a million.

Stretch goal #1 was unlocked! We will be releasing the personalized Pacesetter character sheets for 5e, B/X, and S&W to use while adventuring! This is a great way to start off your next great adventure!
